Title: help needed baptism records

Hi
I am looking for baptism records for my mother. she and her siblings where baptised in Inverleith area on the same day, but we dont know where the baptism took place or the date. I know its a stab in the dark but can anyone point me in the right direction please.
We think it could be around 1945 and we are looking for the names of godparents if they are on them if not, can anyone tell me what detail would be on these certs

Hello Pam
I think you would have to contact churches in the area to see if there were entries in the Parish Records. You could look them up on BT if you are in Scotland or if not just do a google on churches in Inverleith in Edinburgh, many have websites these days
I'm not sure they would list godparents like the old OPRs though. I know my own certificate just says I was baptised into the church and the date, same with my children.
Also keep in mind many congregations in the area have merged over the years.
