Hi
I'm trying to find a burial for
David Hadden died 7/12/1850 Kilham
Also trying to find David's wife Ann, who died before 1841 & may be buried at Hunmanby, where David was living in 1823 as a watchmaker.
Cheers

Hi Jay,
I can't help you with David but have found a Burial for a Nancy Hadden (Haddon) on 21st March 1835 at Hunmanby aged 61 years if that is of any help because Nancy is a diminutive of Ann.

Hi Gill
Thanks for looking.
I think that might be her. I've just found David listed in Humanby in 1835 in a trade directory.
Can you tell me if there's anymore Hadden's buried in Hunmanby.
Cheers

Hi there
From Hunmanby PR's book...
'In memory of ANN, the wife of David HADDEN who died March 19th 1835 aged 61 years
Also gives PR details which Gill has already confirmed above.
This is the only Hadden burial in the book.
Kind Regards
Debbie

Hi Debbie
Thanks for that, that is her.
Can you confirm where the info is from, it sounds like a MI not a PR.
Cheers

Hi there
Whoops! My mistake meant to type Hunmanby MI's book, not PR's!

:) I think i share some ancestors with you. I have a death certificate for a David Hadden aged 73 in Kilham, Langtoft, Driffield. He was a watchmaker and he died 7th December 1850 of Dropsy. The informant of the death was Richard Maltby who was present at the death. Do you know if he was a relative?
