Hello, I have the following census from 1871 I would love to trace any of these people on 1841/51/61 Census. Its a tall order, but I have had so much help from this board I thought I would take a chance and ask.
1871 CENSUS
William Chaytor 50 Head Grindon, Durham, England Little Benton Northumberland
Mary Chaytor 46 Wife Hackton, Durham, England Little Benton Northumberland
George Chaytor 21 Son Trimdon, Durham, England Little Benton Northumberland
William Chaytor 14 GGrandfather Son Sunderland, Durham, England Little Benton Northumberland
Robert Chaytor 12 Son South Shields, Durham, England Little Benton Northumberland
Mary Chaytor 10 Daughter South Shields, Durham, England Little Benton Northumberland
Charles Chaytor 7 Son Edlingham, Northumberland, England Little Benton Northumberland
If anyone can help please post a message I would love to hear no matter how insignifigant it may seem.

Not surprisingly, no sign of any names resembling Chaytor on South shields 1851 index!

hi Jan thanks for the lookup, I think they may have been in the Sunderland Durham area, if you have access to them areas I would be gratful if you could take the time to have a look.

Sorry Kathy, I don't - but my son's buying me some more South Shields fiche for a late Christmas pressie! Only trouble is I'll have to go to the library to use it!

Not sure whether you are still researching the same Chaytor family, who were at Bigges Main, Little Benton in 1871 . .?
The family were in Westoe, South Shields in 1861 and in Trimdon in 1851. Mary Chaytor ( b 1860 South shields ) is my Great, Grandmother.
