Francis Pearce is looking rather blue could some kind person please help with making him not so Blue.

Uniform believed to be Royal Horse Artillery.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi there
can you rescan this at a higher resolution, say between 300-600 dpi. This is a low 72 dpi and a lot of the details are blurry.
