Hi, Trying to locate marriage cert/details of above to recover information regards parents of above.

      Cannot discover names of parents and which line of Benthams in the Mawdsley area, Leyland.

Hi

The marriage is on the IGI but there were no marriage certificates pre-1837 - only entries in parish registers.

Fathers names were only included from 1.7.1837 so you will not get the info you want from the marriage entry

Also - only fathers names are ever shown on UK marriage certificates - never mothers names
