Title: Rips in Grandparent's wedding photo

Could anyone please restore this photo? My parents have it in a frame at home but it looks awful and  it's the only one. I think they've maybe had an argument at some point and it's been ripped in half! That's what it looks like to me.... Not too bothered about colouring if the cracks could be covered.
