Hi John

There is nothing on freebmd under those names so you will need to search the full GRO index for their marriage.  You can search the full GRO index  at your nearest main library if you live in the UK.  It can also be searched online if you have an Ancestry subscription or at www.findmypast.com which is a paysite

I notice that on the 1871 and 1881 census - the surname is spelt as Carrol.

Strangely - son Daniel is shown as Carrol on the 1881 census and is living with his maternal grandparents.

However - also in 1881 he is shown as living with Charlotte & Michael who are shown as surname Andrews on the 1881, Hendron in 1891 and Hendren in 1901

Charlotte's father is shown as Samuel in 1871 and Daniel in 1881
