Title: Contacting Admin
Post by: Half Pint on Monday 21 January 08 20:54 GMT (UK)
Hi

I posted a thread on here on 12th January [topics becoming disabled] and it was suggested that if the problem arose again, it would be a good idea to contact Admin.

Well the problem has arisen again but am not sure how I get in contact with Admin, can sks please suggest how I do this.

Regards

Half Pint

A PM to either Sarah or  Trystan would be what I would do, HP.

The alternative (although I'm not sure which topic you would use) is to hit the "report to moderator" link.  (I've just done it to highlight the problem to them.)  That way all the moderators are alerted to a problem and perhaps can speed a message to Trystan & Sarah.

Don't forget they have day jobs, too.   ;D

Hi Haysom,

Posts aren't deleted on RootsChat, as others may find this  information later through search engines.

If you want people to know that the topic is completed, then just edit the very first entry in your topic (click on the "modify" button) and add *completed* to the title.

cheers,
Bob
