I am looking for the name of the mother of Elizabeth Crinson b c1827.
At her marriage to William Jobling in 1847, Elizabeth gave her residence as George Street, Sunderland.
I wondered if her father Robert lived in George St 1841 - 1851, if so was her mother alive.

A Robert Crimson married a Sarah Burdes Sunderland Parish Church 31 07 1825. This is apparently a misspelling of Crinson as there are two other Crinson marriages, one in Sunderland and one in Bishopwearmouth

What was Roberts occupation on the marriage certificate ???
If Elizabeth was born in 1827 then Robert aged 30 would only be 16 at the time of her birth ???
Not beyond the realms of possibility though .

1841 ages were rounded down, he could have been 34, so 18 when married

Thank you once again, this is definitely both families.
Will try and find a map and find George Street.
I was not aware that Elizabeth was b London, another mystery to solve!

George Street ran between High Street East and Coronation Street, between Sans Street and Spring Garden Lane.
If you go to http://gis.durham.gov.uk/website/interMAP/viewer.htm
Click Search and centre the map on coordinates 440217, 557178
you will see George Street on the 1919-1926 map.

Thank you Stan, i have found George and John Street not too far away from each other.
Thanks for the last re-Elizabeth. I take it she was still in Sunderland in 1891 ?
