Title: Monastry School in Sligo Town?

Hello,

As a family, we've been pooling our collective memories of our grandfather.  He said he used to go to a monastic school or possibly one run by the Jesuit order.  Does anyone know of such places in sligo?  Particularly datig from the 1930s?

One of the members of Sligo Library staff should be able to answer this query. As a matter of interest Sligo Public Library service is the second oldest public Library service in Ireland, having been established in 1880. Christopher, thank you for the lead.  Some of our family have been to Sligo but the school information has only recently come to light.
