Title: birth c 1915 -Bertie Hutchinson - East End

I'm looking for the birth of Bertie Hutchinson c 1915 probably in the East End of London, apparently a true cockney.
He married an Amelia Matthews. I had information that this occured in 1936, but search of the 1935-37 BMDs has not found records.

Hutchinson Albert  mothers maiden name Donovan

Bethnal Green Sept quarter 1916 vol 1c page 280

Its the only birth of an Albert Hutchinson in London between 1914-1917

I looked for a marriage no Hutchinson to a Matthews anywhere between 1935-1937 sorry
