Hello Restorers
Over the past year, you wonderful people on this site have restored a number of photo's I had received from my Aunt Rose, and last year you did a birthday card for her, from skippy, Lady Di, gippeswyc, Polldoll, gadget, cazza. I'm afraid she died recently on the eve of her 84th birthday. At the funeral her sons thanked me for the photographs that covered her livingroom wall of herself and close family. I did not take the the credit it was the people who's names I have mentioned and others who I thank from the bottom of my heart.
Again Thank you all

How very sad. Please pass on my condolences to her family and an extra hug to you. I remember the card we did and passing it on so that we each signed it - Rose as a little girl :)

Dear Jack
What terribly sad news. My deepest sympathy to you and Rose's family. I'm also sending a big hug to you as I know how close you were to Aunty Rose.
It was a pleasure to have restored Aunty Rose's lovely photos and I am so glad they gave her enjoyment.
I do hope we will still see you around the board Jack, make sure you pop in and say hello (or post more photos! ).
Kindest regards
Cazza

Jack... I am so sorry to hear of your loss . Auntie Rose sounded like such a lovely soul and we enjoyed restoring and colouring the photos that you posted on herefor her . I remember I used the coloured version of this one of her as a small girl to make her 83rd birthday card which so many of us signed. My sympathy to you and the rest of your family Jack .. And as Cazza said .. it was a joy to do them So Nice to see you back on here but so sad about the circumstances . Do keep in touch with us ... xx Poll
