Hi I am looking for anyone belonging to Albert Wakefield and Dulcie May Plane, who were married at Holy Trinity Church Adelaide, in 1922 They had 4 children Betty, Norma, Ronald and John.
Albert had a sister Florrie ( Florence ) These two, as children, were put on a ship The S S Irishman which sailed from Liverpool 02/11/1912. to go and meet their father Albert Henry, who had gone out before to secure a job and accommodation for his wife and children. His wife did not go with the children, she sent them alone to meet their father. If anyone knows anything about this family, please get in touch. Theresa

The birth index finishes at 1928.
There is no marriage to 1937 for Florence WAKEFIELD with father Albert Henry WAKEFIELD.
There are only three death registrations between 1916 and 1972 for the name Florence WAKEFIELD. One is for a married woman, one in 1929 for a 49 year old single woman and another in 1956 for a 31 yr old single woman. Don't appear to have a match.

Albert Wakefield aged 21 years, single, son of Albert Henry Wakefield married 31st May 1922 to Dulcie May aged 21 years, single, daughter of Albert Ernest Plane at Holy Trinity Church, Adelaide District Adelaide reference book 291 page 734
CHILDREN BORN TO ALBERT WAKEFIELD & DULCIE MAY PLANE.
1, Betty Lorraine born 13th September 1923 in Medindie District Adelaide reference book 122 page 23 symbol 'A' denoting (1) The Registrar has included additional information to this birth record, and
(2) The Registrar has made an amendment to information on this birth record.
2. Norma Florence born 22nd February 1925 in Bowden District Hindmarsh reference book 213 page 370 symbol 'A'
3. Ronald Albet born 21st June 1928 in Flinders Park District Hindmash reference book 213 page 370 symbol 'A'

Hi, Sorry I have not anwered before now I have been ill and also in hospital. I am still having on going treatment but I felt like going on my computer again.
So, thank you for all that information I have copied it on to my family tree. Just sad that I couldn't find Albert's sister Florrie or Florence.
