Title: BARNES family orton on the hill

my great 4x granddad  George Barnes was born 1780 Orton on the hill he married Mary ?
I've hit a brick wall  on George's parents or any suggestions on how to search info as all web sites don't go back this far
 or any info on Barnes around Orton on the hill or at Atherstone
