There are no Kehoe at all in the Cheshire  directory for 1850/51 for B/Head, But if they were lodging with anyone they wont show up.If you know the occupation then it might show under that because only the head of the house is shown.

Sorry my post was meant to be a P.M ::)

I found him on the 1861 England census and looked him up on Cheshire BMD's and his birthdate was 1843 in Birkenhead. Do you have the 1861 information?
Siblings:
Michael Keogh (b.1848 Birkenhead), Anthony Keogh (b.1843 Birkenhead)

I couldn't find much else except plenty of other Keogh families and no families boarding unless their names are spelt horribly wrong.

Kind regards,
Lisa.

HI celia
for some unknown reason the spelling in 1861 was keogh and in 1871/81 was kehoe then in the next census it went back to keogh must not of been able to write so someone else did it.
