I am interested in the following surnames from Fife:

ASHBY (1750 TO 1800)
MORRIS (Dunino, Kemback, Leuchars 1750 to 1840)
SIMPSON (1750 TO 1800)

William and Rachel married 1828 and had 8 children - Margaret, James, Rachel, Allan MacKenzie, William, Mary, David and Jessie in Dunino.

The closest I have is:

William Morris, born 1791 in Leuchars, son of William Morris and Elizabeth Simpson.  I don't know who he married.

Concerning your Morris family from Dunino,  I too have a Morris living in Dunino in that time frame.

ANDREW MORRIS and JANE ASHBY were married in Dunino in 1829.  All of their children were born there.  Andrew had a brother named William.  Andrew's parents were:  WILLIAM MORRIS and ELIZABETH SIMPSON.

Any connection?
