Hi:
I have just received the marriage certificate for William BLACK, who married Elizabeth WILLIAMS in Easton Royal church, Wiltshire in 1916.
I have a lot of information on Elizabeth (father Elisha), but William is proving a bit illusive. He says he is 21, so supposedly born 1895, his father is John BLACK, hawker. In a local book I have William (known as Sonner) says he was born in Wiltshire, but I cannot find a birth registration for him.
Can anyone find William with father John in the 1901 census - I know it's a bit like a needle in a haystack job :-\
Eventually William and Elizabeth end up in Tadley, Hampshire.
Thank you, Linda

Linda,
(Moderator Comment: References to a living person removed at that person's request.)
William is found under Sunner Black b1896, son of John and Mary, 1901BRK-1124/62/20 at Inkpen where you will find most of his ancestors in previous censuses.
Good luck
