Title: Phizackerley (Fazackerley)
Post by: Rita010 on Sunday 23 September 07 14:47 BST (UK)
I would be pleased to hear from anyone with any information regarding William Phizackerley, son of William & Ann. William was born in Dolphin Home or Ellel, Lancs. and like his father, became a Wool Brokers Clerk.

In 1884 he was married in Islington, London to Clara Amelia Pither and the couple, with at least 6 children, lived  for some time in St Paul's Street, Islington.

I already have census returns etc. but need some further information.

Hi Annie

Many thanks for the information. The William Phizackerley I am trying to research married Clara Amelia Willcox, my grandmothers cousin and I believe that she (grannie) was raised by them some time between 1881 - 1891. I have grannie's family photo album and believe that I may have unidentified photos of the Phizakerleys so would be interested in any descendants that might be able to identify these family members - I would be only too happy to share what I have with anyone interested.

Many thanks
Rita

I have a George Thompson Phizackerley married Margaret Kench in Islington in 1882. George was from Lancaster. I am connected to the Kench side. I think I have Edmund and Eleanor as George's parents from Ellel, Lancs. If the areas are right then ours may well be connected. I hope someone is still picking up on this thread. I realise it's a bit old now! Thanks! :D
