Hi,
does anyone know if the birth records for Clare are searchable online?

I have a person who was born on 29th Feb 1904 in Clare and would love to find her parents.

Her surname was Burke and her christian name was either Ellen, Helen or Nelly.

You could try the Clare County Library Website at
http://www.clarelibrary.ie/eolas/coclare/genealogy/genealog.htm
It has a lot of genealogical info.
