1.6 Isabel Neill b. 14 Apr 1824
1.7 John Neill b. 6 Dec 1830
1.8 Margaret Neill b. 21 Aug 1833
Source of information : My register of the Family, based on IGIs.
I have recently found this information while endeavouring to assist another enquirer who is a descendant of Alexander Neill* and to whom, you are possibly related. I will now take steps to put you both in touch by e-mail.
I am currently seeking the parents of Peter Neill (1.0) born in Inveresk c.1793 and I am about to post a notice on this website requesting assistance.
Please note that I have no personal connection with the Neill Family.
I do hope that this will be of help to you and send you warm good wishes for your further research.

I've just come across the message re the Neills of Inveresk, and seen postings which indicate that people are researching the descendants of:
1.4 Peter,
and
1.5 Alexander,
as listed by Beaver 13.
How about
1.3 Robert?
I'm in touch with a descendant of Robert - and also have much information on the family/ancestry of Margaret Chalmers, their mother.
So some heads-together-ing might be amusing? For starters, have a look at:

where Margaret (#6 there) and her parents figure - my e-mail address too
