Hi Malc
What about Kingston next to Barham?
Does she say born Kingston(e) on all the available census?
Do you know where the eldest children were born (according to later census perhaps?)

Hi Malc
According to the 1861 census she was born "Kingstone" whilst in 1871 her birth place is given as Barham:
1871 Bridge, Kent
William KEELER head mar 49 ag lab b.Adisham
Sarah wife 39 b.Barham
Thomas son 16 b.Bridge
Henry son 14 b.Bridge
Charles son 12 b.Bridge
George son 10 b.Bridge
Stephen son 8 b.Bridge
Mary J dau 4 b.Bridge
Ann? dau 2 b.Bridge
RG10/965 folio 39 page 25
Kingston is next to Barham. I would ignore that Dover baptism as it is not very likely for somebody born in Kingston or Barham ;)
There are some registers for Barham online http://www.barham-kent.org.uk/ but, unfortunately, not yet for Kingston as far as I am aware.

Hi Malc!
I have just found your posting regarding Sarah Ladd. She was my 3xgreat grandmother, one of her sons, George Frederick Keeler, being my 2xgreat grandfather. I haven't yet begun properly researching this side of the family but I believe her parents were a John Ladd and Elizabeth Dennington. This would need to be checked. I have no other information relating to her I'm afraid but would love to know more bout the Keelers!
Best wishes,
LJD

Both Kingston and Barham are on the new record search but I cannot see Sarah Ladd there or in Bridge.
