Title: STIFFE in 1851 census

Hi,

I am looking for the following family (or any others with surname STIFFE) in Gloucestershire or Bristol in 1851.  In 1841 they were in Swansea, Glamorgan but are not there in 1851 or 1861. I believe they came from Gloucestershire.

I think I have seen Francis in Bristol in 1851, but cannot find the others. I believe William may be dead by 1851.  Sydney came to Australia in 1852.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The 1861 census is also much more widely available than it was when you originally posted.  Let us know how you are getting on.
