I agree this would like lovely in colour, so you have a bigger scan of it. This one is very small and the bigger they are the better result you will get. If you are not sure, read Cazza's scanning tutorial at the top of the board. The better the scan the more people will want to work on the pic, so you get much better and more varied results
Cheers

Hi
This is my first time posting although I have been a lurker for a long time.
I am very new to this and just love to look at the amazing make overs of the pictures
I have tried to colour your picture hopefully I will get better with more practice .
I must say what a lovely setting for a picture wish my garden looked like that.

Hi Rosie
I am afraid the scans are still too small for good detail. Can you rescan them at 600dpi? If you end up with a pic too big to post let me know and I can help you make it smaller without losing definition. That way if you wish to enlarge the picture for printing you will be able to. It is worth the effort if you wany a good copy of your lovely pic.
Let me know if you are having trouble with Cazza's tutorial
Cheers

Hi everyone
Thanks for all you efforts, have been away for 2 weeks, but I am back now and I hopefully have learned how to scan at 600 dpi, so here goes see what you can do with this. Problems I can't seem to be able to post the 600dpi without losing the garden, the picture is too large so this is at 300dpi is this any good.

Hi Rosie
Here is the large size one you sent to me. I notice you have attached a bigger one yourself, well done ;D. I am still posting this as it is a little clearer. I will work on it this weekend, after my visitors have gone and the 'Tour' in finished. Hopefully you will get some really nice restores to choose from ;)
Cheers

Hi Rosie
Here is my effort. I hope you like it. Please let me know if you want any colours changed. I had to make it quite small to post here, I will send you the bigger copy once you tell me you are happy with it and don't require any changes ;D
Cheers
