Hi there
Trying to move another roadblock with Rootschatters help!
I have a Mary Appleton b abt 1823 Windle or St Helens marrying a Joseph Fairhurst in 1847. Father of Mary is listed as John Appleton in 1847.
On the IGI I can only find one suitable candidate , parents John and Elizabeth. Again looking at the IGI I can see another two siblings.
So.... I'm hoping to find John & Elizabeth Appleton at least 40 with Mary abt 18, Sarah, 21 and Betty 12 in or around St Helens in '41
Many thanks again

Hi Alison,jvy and Mary
Many thanks for looking, really appreciate it. Not sure which is the right path, if any of the two ones here.
Think I need to ponder this one and have a sit down!
Thanks again
