Title: Online resources for Indian Railways and Passenger Lists

hi all

Does anyone know if there are any websites about Indian Railways in the 19th century and also if there are any websites giving lists of passengers to India also in the 19th century.

Any information much appreciated.

Hi,

You could try the Families In British India Society searchable databse http://www.search.fibis.org/frontis/bin/index.php as they are currently adding some passenger lists and the Families in British India Society also have a wiki with iformation and links to websites useful to researching Indian Railways at http://wiki.fibis.org/index.php?title=Main_Page
