Hi, could anyone help?

I'm looking for the parents of Sarah Dando born 1795 in rad stock, Somerset.

Sarah married George Latcham in 1811 at Radstock.

Elizabeth Dowling is my GGGG Grandmother.

Elizabeth is Sarah Dando's mother-in-law.
