Title: lookup for Burbage, Wiltshire parish record

I'm looking for a birth record for William Noyes, born March 17, 1823 in Burbage, Wiltshire.  His father was John Noyes, his mother was Mary Cook, both also born in Burbage Parish.  I've tried to find an early census record in England but nothing has turned up  ???  He immigrated to the states in 1854 - Appreciate the help!   ;D  Thanks, Fran
