Title: 1901 census lookup Fisher family in Kent area

I'm hoping someone will be able to help with the lookup of the 1901 census in the Kent area for a Samual Charles Fisher.  Age and wife's name unknown. The one fact I do know is that he had a son named Samual Charles Fisher born in 1899 at Strood. As well there was supposed to have been  two daughters born before 1899. Any help would be appreciated.  Jim

If it helps, Samuel Charles son of Samuel Charles & Rose FISHER baptised Northfleet, Kent 9 July 1899 (father a horse driver of 35 Buckingham Road)

I'm wondering if they were actually married at the time of Samuel Charles junior's birth/1901 census as

21 July 1901 marriage at Northfleet, Kent
Samuel Charles FISHER 24 bachelor lab of 35 Buckingham Road son of Harry/Henry FISHER lab
Rose WOODING 22 spinster of 35 Buckingham Road dau of Richard WOODING lab

So they should be at 35 Buckingham Road, Northfleet at the time of the 1901 census :-\

Update - I think they are listed under initials ie. S C FISHER in 1901 if somebody can look them up

Had me puzzled earlier  :) I was searching just surname with a STROOD keyword, which didnt reveal this entry, altho I may have missed it ....

Very interesting. Thanks so much you guys. In the 1881 census I found Samual C. Fisher, age 3 with what appears to be his siblings and his mother at Gravesend, Kent...but no father, Henry. By chance does the 1891 census show the same family members? Very much appreciated,  Jim

Yes, that must be them Newfy :)

Jim, Samuel Charles FISHER appears to be at 65 High Street, Northfleet, Kent at the time of the 1881 census with father Henry and wife Mary A RG11/876 folio 91 page 33.  There is a freely available 1881 census at http://www.ancestry.co.uk

I would hope that you should be able to find further mentions of the family in the online parish registers for the Medway area
