Could someone please look up the 1851 census and any other relevant records for the following family :
George BLUNT and Ellen (nee SAWYER ) who married in 1847 in Brighton, Sussex and they had the following children :
George born 1847
Maria born 1849
William born 1851.
We think that they then came to Australia after this last birth
Thank you for your help,
Christmack

Checked the next page to see if there were any more, but there wasn't.
Address on next page looks like Forward Lane. The enumerator was not a very good speller, or there were some different accents that may have been difficult to understand, or both.

Thanks Ian for all that,

There is a Forewood Lane in Crowhurst today. Also there's an Old Forewood Lane, which may be the 1851 address renamed.

Hi Christine
I am in Australia and researching the same Blunt family you are. They came to Aus in 1858. Am looking for information on the family prior to coming to Aus. so would appreciate any help you can give.
cheers
