I have been searching for a Felix roberts who I know died in Canada November 1918.
I have just been looking through the passenger lists for this person and think I may have found him in 1913 although he is only shown as F.Roberts but the age and job description as clerk seem to suggest that it might be him. The destination was Montreal. I know a lot of people died in Montreal to the flue epidemic. Is there any way I can confirm his death.

I checked "Lovell's Directory" for Montreal, and could not find him listed between 1913 - 1918. He might still have been in Quebec.
Here is the link for the directory.

Hello Janice
Thanks for your interest
I do not really know where Felix died except that it was in Canada and the inscription for his death is on his Mother and Fathers grave stone. I assumed it may have been Montreal as that was the ship's destination. I did look at the site you mentioned but it is all in French. I think I am going to have to give up with him as I do not appear to be getting anywhere
With regard to your second message I had found the other Felix but he was not mine. However I was able to place him with the right family. The person who was tracing him had my Gt.Grandfather and Gt. Grand Mother as his mother by mistake now it is all sorted.
Thanks again

On the site for the directories, it is only the search page that is in French. Click on the one that I have "Bolded"
1st Search Page
Annuaires Lovell
Montréal et sa banlieue
Série principale (1842-1977)
Série Criss-cross (1974-1992)
Banlieues
Laval (1958-1968)
Rive-Sud (1956-1966)
Série Criss-cross (1962-1974)
Then click on year you want to search on the 2nd page
After you have clicked on year, on the 3rd search page, click on "Alphabetical directory"
You will find the directory itself is in English.

Hello Janice
Just to let you know I have sorted my Felix Roberts.
I have found his marriage in Essex in 1910 and then found him on the 1911 census in Manitoba. He went to Canada March 1911 and came back for his fathers funeral March 1913 and then travelled back to Canada May 1913.
He died in 1918 due to the the Flu Epedemic and was buried in Wainright Alberta
