Post by: lynda_carol on Wednesday 04 April 07 13:50 BST (UK): I am looking for the baptism of ann wright which took place april 1777. Her fathers name was anthony and her mother was elizabeth. I am hoping to find out elizabeths maiden name

Sadly a baptism at that date is unlikely to give you a maiden name. Notts FHS has transcribed the St Mary baptisms and give no more info than you already have. Sorry it's not more positive.
