i am interested in the gibbens/gibbons family from ballinacrae county meath.patrick gibbons left there with his family in 1832 bound for canada.

Hello,
I have checked Griffiths Valuation of 1855 and there is no mention of Gibbens/Gibbons in Ballinacree.There is a record of a Philip Gibbons in
Ross which is 3 miles approx; from Ballinacree.

The Philip Gibbons in Griffith's in Ross is my great great grandfather.  I would be interested in hearing about other Gibbons in the area, the name wasn't very common there.
