I hope SKS can help me out here...I have a Cornelious & Mary Maher in the US during the early part of the 20th Cenury..you great people helped me with lots of information on them. I have now made a new lead....I believe that Cornelious' son named either Carl or Karl came back to the UK during WW2 as a serviceman after the US commited to the war....it is said that he was 21 to 25 years of age. Can someone please look to see if a Carl or Karl Maher was born between 1910-1925 in MA to a Cornelious & Mary Maher?

Further to my last, is it plausible that someone may have the 1930 or 1940 census and be able to tell me if Carl/Karl is with his Mother? (I know that his Father Cornelious was dead by then). Still hoping! Regards, Mark

Thanks for that info, however I do know that Cornelious died in the US in 1925, I now believe that Carl was not called Carl at all!...But was called Seth....basically I have found out a lot of info from some helpful people from this site....so thanks all.
