Another COX lookup please...   For the 1891 census.

Frederick, b. 1858 Bethnal Green,  (stone carver mason)
Sarah, b. 1861 Spitalfields or Whitechapel  (trimming maker in 81)
Sarah, b. 1879 Bethnal Green
Elizabeth, b. 1890 Leyton

also, probably a son named Frederick.
in 1881:
Frederick 8 mths (b. 1880)  Leytonstone
in 1891:
Frederick 14 yrs (b. 1887)  Leyton

Address in 1881:  Harrow Rd. 5 Emily Villas, Wanstead, Essex
in 1891:  20 Denmark St. Leyton Essex
