Ahhhh...I know who she is now! (I loved her in 'Matilda').
But didn't she die (fairly) recently?

I do hope not. She's due to open in 'The Entertainer' at the Old Vic next week.

I believe that next week (maybe the week after) she's to be the subject of "Coming Home" a television programme on BBC Wales that shows celebrities wih links to Wales revisting the area they came from/family came from and looking at their family history. At least I think they said Pam Ferris in the Glamorgan FHS meeting - can you confirm Gareth?
-
I can confirm that Pam Ferris was mentioned as using the Glam FHS Resource Centre at Aberkenfig, but I forgot to make a note of the date the programme would go out. I think it's later this month.
I presume that this would be part of a new series (the one about Petula Clark was a special for St David's Day), but I don't know who else is involved and, at this stage, the BBC Wales website is singularly uninformative.

The Pam Ferris 'Coming Home' is on March 20.
