Found a reference to Schhol Hill in a Warwickshire Council report on road closures/diversions in 2005

It would seem that School Hill is in Offchurch near Leamington.I found this little picture of School Hill on the BBC Warwickshire site. It was in an article describing local walks in the Leamington area.
