Can anyone tell me if the 1901 census for Carlingford
Co Louth, is on line.

There are very few transcriptions available online. I don't think CArlingford is one of them

1901 and 1911 census returns for Ireland are availabale online on the National Archives website.

Thank you very much for this helpful link. Huge gaps in our family tree can now be filled thanks to the online publication of 1901 and 1911 census returns.
