I would doubt there being that many Kilburn's in Darlington c1841 that would fit the bill as closely as these do, Jane is the right age for a Jane that comes up in 1851 as a housekeeper in Horsemarket Darlington, Mother and Father's ages are close enough ( within 3 years ),

I am beginning to think you may have found my GG grandmother,

You might like to know that this family is indexed as Kllburm on ancestry and Williams on findmypast.com  ???  ???   It is indexed as Kilburn(?) on Durham Records Online. I have found the indexing of the latter is usually far more accurate than other sources.

Looking at the address again, it might be Tubwell Row, not Fulwell Row.
