Can anyone find Charles Baker, b Ashford 1852? He is in the 1901 census age 49 in 117 Clarendon Street Dover.

M Jane Henneker 1877 in E Ashford

I need his parents names so the 61 or 71 census would be great

Is he the one who states his birthplace as Aldington rather than Ashford  between 1871 and 1901?

Edward Baker b 1802 is not going to have a birth registered in the GRO. Are there local records covering Aldington/Ashford of births at that time?
