Would anyone have a copy of this book, who would be willing to look for some MIs for me?

Thanks for that link, I hadn't been to their site before (or if I have, it must have been a while back, as I didn't recognise it).
Unfortunately their online index to MIs doesn't include the names or areas I need, but I've saved to my favourites for reference in the future.
