Title: obtaining marriage certificate help

I have found a marriage on the Isle of Man between James Gick and Mary Radcliffe in 1847 St Braddan.  How do I go about obtaining the marriage certificate?  I live in England.

sorry the marriage was in 1857 in Braddan  oops!

there is no point in getting a marr cert - civil reg only began in 1877/8 all the info will be in the official transcript of the parish reg which are available on mormon microfilm - see www.manxnotebook.com/famhist/genealgy/index.htm - if however you want to pay £6+ for an official copy of this entry try general registry Douglas - email address etc as above
