Hi,
This is quite an old post, but I picked it up this morning while transcribing records at the National Library of Wales. Hugh Rees of Beech Grove House was the owner and master of a ship called Industry, registered at Aberystwyth. There are extensive log books relating to the voyages of the ship, featuring both Hugh Rees and his son Hugh junior.
