Anyone researching ancestors in the Rudry area?
I have put images and transcriptions of all gravestones in the St. James churchyard in Rudry online at:

Hello Ogre, thank you for your wonderful pages.
I can fill in a couple of 'gaps' ín the Rudry St James inscriptions - I am lucky enough to have some photos from the early 1980's of two family graves, including one where the entire face has now fallen off. May I give you the details, or even a copy of the earlier photos?
Caroline.

Great site theogre, I'm researching the Edmunds in Rudry, went to St James today and found that some of the Edwards you have on your site are Edmunds.
Churchie, do you have a photo from the 80's of the attached photo, Eilzabeth and Edmund Edmunds

Hi Sikes, no, I'm sorry, only Williams. My stones have deteriorated badly in between the two lots of photos, which is such a shame.

Thanks Ogre, I have Spooners in Rudry and surrounding areas. I will now have a look on your site (fingers crossed) ;)
