Thanks gar and gippeswyc :)
Gar - I've been told a wedding - but not sure who is bride and groom..
There is a bride and groom on the cake too
Im sure its a wedding celebration and my feeling is the couple standing in the middle - especially as I know they both married twice (this could be there 2nd, later marrige)
Thank you very much for piccie clean up - excellent job as ever ;)

I have a feeling the bride and groom are not there judging by the way everyones dressed. Perhaps just a photograph of the "spread" before they join the party maybe? ;)
ps. If they are there then I agree maybe the couple standing in the middle but would the bride be wearing a cardigan on her wedding day I wonder?

Surely, the lady with the cardi is Mum.

I agree with MOK ......... Mum in the cardi and it looks like son next to the groom ( maybe he was best man !! )
I think the woman sitting down second left and the guy on the end right are the bride and groom ! ... :D
They are the only two others with buttonholes .............. ::) ::) ::)

There are a lot of people in this pic who have the same jaw, same shape of the face. Big family?

Here's my attempt at a cleanup.
I agree with Annie that the groom is on the right with the buttonhole. I think the bride is in the dark dress in the centre - look how she's "showing off" her new wedding ring - only a new bride would hold her hands like that. The other lady sitting down (with flowers) isn't wearing a ring and I dont think the lady in the cardi is the right one.
BUT - if you know my guessing - I AM ALWAYS WRONG!!! :D ;D >:(
Anyway, here's the tidy-up ;)
