The entry for this surname has been transcribed as "Trans" and an amendment has been submitted to Ancestry with the suggested name of "Irons". This amendment is quite correct since the handwritten entry does indeed read Irons, but what it means is that somebody else has seen this in the past and noticed the error. It could be that somebody else is searching this surname, alternatively it could just be that in searching for another name they looked at it, assuming that it couldn't be Trans and out of the goodness of their heart submitted the amendment.
I did check out what had been put as a reason has to be entered but they have merely put "just wrong". The username of the person on Ancestry is johnpartridge10 but they have not completed any details of their profile nor entered any research interests, however, I wouldn't think this is unusual.
This is not really of any help to you except to keep in mind the possibility that somebody else is researching the same name.

Looking for George in 1841, they may not yet be married, but I suspect you know the date since you know his father's name.

Hi John, we meet again. Is that your entry on Ancestry then? I assume you haven't been researching the Hirons for yourself ........ that would be too great a coincidence wouldn't it!
