Title: Andrew and Olive Riley Newcastle/Gatshead 1846-67

I am interested to hear from anyone also researching my gggrandparents, Andrew and Olive Riley nee Simcock.

Olive was born Caverswall Staffs between 1807-15, and her fathers name was Richard Simcock.
She married her first husband Lawrence Anthony (widower) in 1835 in Manchester Cathedral - they had one daughter Eliza born Edinburgh abt1836. Lawrence died and she then married Andrew Riley in 1838 also in Manchester Cathedral.
 Olive died 1867 of typhoid in Newcastle on Tyne.Information of her early life has been difficult to find.

Andrew was born Co. Cavan Ireland abt 1802. He was a soldier with 5th Dragoon Guards.After his discharge from the army  they lived in Tyneside from around 1846-67. He then moved to Stockton on Tees where two of his children were living, and died there in Jan.1881.
