After my very successful post to clear up the name Bamett (actually Barnett!) can anyone help with Pellywnam? Sarah Pellywnam married William Durrant 1705 Kirdford Sussex. Is Pellywnam correct? It's a very strange name again!

I have just had a look on the Sussex Marriage Index and William Durrant married at Kirdford, 7 October 1705 but it was to a Sarah Alling and that is from the Bishops Transcript.

Hard to imagine how Pellywnam and Alling got mixed up ???

I checked to see if there were any other Pellywnam but there weren't. 

some transcription error!!!
