Could anyone please help me to find out if Henry and Abigail Evilina Canham (nee Cooper) had any children, they married in 1862 when Abbey as she was sometimes called was 39 years old, Henry was about 22 when he married they married in Mitford Norfolk and in 1868 aged 45 Abbey died there. They were only married a few years but it is possible that they may have had children. Many thanks for any help. By the way Henry went on to marry twice more.

Well, there were certainly a few CANHAM families producing children in the years 1862to 1868, in the Mitford registration district.
I went through the birth indexes (currently free to search on ancestry) and the following Canhams were registered in that area:
JFM 1862 Charles Robert 4b 300
JAS 1862 Frances 4b 253
OND 1863 Lucy Samuel 4b 272
JFM 1864 Ellen 4b 317
AMJ 1864 Ann Maria 4b 291
OND 1964 Lacey Samuel 4b 269
JAS 1865 Ellen 4a 250
OND 1866 Robert S 4b 273
AMJ 1867 Ellen Mary 4b 275
JAS 1867 Susanna Hudson 4b 274
Take your pick! Any (or none) could be children of your couple.
I think their marriage cert, and Abby's death cert are a good idea to get a parish, then the births can be checked out in the parish register.

There are many Canhams on the free Norfolk Transcription site.

Many thanks for all your help, yes the Canhams certainly could produce children, one branch of my family tree had a couple who had 13 children
Thanks again Susan

Your Abby would have been born in ELSING
a little village (Right district) near Lyng and Weston Longville
Good Luck
