Hi,
Can any one help me find the Assinder family on the 1861 and 1871 Census's for Birmingham. They are;
John Peters Assinder - Born 1831 - in Birmingham, Warwicks

Thanks,
Tippin

John Peters Assinder 38
Mary A Brodie 17
Mary A Shiff 52
Living at 15 Digbeth, Johns occupation looks like Tripe Dresser
Then on the 1861 census
Name Age
Annie Assinder 4
Jane Eliza Assinder 27
John Henry Assinder 3 Mo
John Peters Assinder 28
Sarah Hannah Assinder 3

After finding the 2 census entries I wondered what had happened to the 3 children on the 1861 who were not on the 1871.
Annie age 4, Sarah Hannah age 3, John Henry, age 3mths.
1871 census
RG10/3078 folio 80 page 13
Kings Norton, Worcestershire
head Catharine Price Schoolmistress
Annie Assinder boarder age 14 scholar b Birmingham
Sarah Assinder ditto age 12 ditto b ditto
Olive Assinder ditto age 8 ditto b ditto
Olive appears to be another member of the family & I could find nothing for the baby John Henry.

Hey, I’m searching for John Peters Assinder’s grandson, John Thomas Jones, if you happen to come across information about what happened to him.
I’ve added this family (my father-in-law’s ancestors) to my tree on ancestry site, it’s called DNA Research 2 Wales, happy to share more info if you need it.
