A bit late in the day but I have checked the 1891 Weybridge census and unless I have missed it this address is not shown. It could be that it wasn,t  listed under the name of  the lodge separately although this I think would be unusual. Do you have any other info that would help. Maybe it is in a near village such as New Haw which may be under a different enumerator?

Regards

Clare  ???

Rackenford Lodge was mentioned today on one of the other lists. I know this reply is even later in the day than the previous one - five years on - and the reference to Rackenford Lodge is 20 years later than the 1891 census - but maybe this info is still of interest:

"Transcribed from South Africa Magazine 23 September 1911

DOMESTIC ANNOUNCEMENTS

BIRTHS

WOOD-On the 21st inst., at Rackenford Lodge, Weybridge, the wife of J.
Clairmont Wood of a daughter."

Google finds a reference to

Rackenford Lodge, Queen's Road, Weybridge

in

www.archive.org/stream/listofwardensass00wors/listofwardensass00wors_djvu.txt

That puts it on the Walton on Thames side of Weybridge - if that's any help   :)

And in 1911 it had 11 rooms!

After trawling through the records, Rackenford Lodge seems to have been in the part of Queens Road, Weybridge between the top of Monument Hill and York Road, somwhere near Manby Lodge which still seems to exist.

Unfortunately the 1901 & 1891 censuses don't list it as a specific address (as far as I can see)  ::)

Sandra - do you have any possible names for residents in 1891, that might help to pin it down - assuming that you didn't solve this problem ages ago of course   :)
